In any organization
There composes of runners
Some are 100 meters speed runners
Some are marathon runners
There at the end of the day
Who are the winners
How a speed runners restore the energy for another round when needed
How a marathon runner runs faster from the start
Someone has to quit
In order for someone to win
And there is only one winner

I build a kiln
I make bricks
I have a lot of bricks
But I don’t know what the building I want to build look like
People are unwell. We search for medicines called love to cure our anger. We look for care to cure our loneliness. We look for attention to cure our desire to be important. We build up guilt to shield ourselves to be a good person. Have we ever thought of surrendering for all sickness and see it as it is. Maybe the best cure for any sickness is to accept our lives as we are.

The only thing watching you is guilt.
When we do something against our value or against the society value, and we are afraid that people will know. We are covered with guilt. Walking out of the door, we feel like putting a paper bag to cover our face. Sitting in a public place we feel like eyes are watching at us. Friends talking, we feel like they are gossiping about us. The only thing watching us is guilt. There are ways to be free from guilt.
1)  Don’t do it in the first place. Always be conscious about what you will be doing, there are always price attached to it.
2)Â Â Get over your guilt, whatever you have done in the past you cannot change it, you can control what you will do today and the future.
3)Â Â Accept the price you have to pay and move on with life
4)Â Â Find someone you trust to talk about it. Thinks about what is worst case scenario if you tell them. The price you have to pay might not be that bad.Â

Have you ever walked barefoot on the hot concrete cement street burned under the sun? You jump up and down because of the sharp heat. You scream that the floor is too hot. You can keep on jumping until you feet get burned or till you feet got used to it. You can walk out from the street or you can choose to wear shoes.
Â
But stop complaining that the street is hot.

Don’t say no if you can help.
Expect no for the answer when you ask for help.
Â
The only person you can control how he will respond, how he will talk, how he will act and how he will move is yourself. You cannot expect others to do, to think, to act and to move the way you want. When you give, do not expect anything in return from the others. You can expect a good feeling that you have for giving. When you help an old man pushing a cart on the street, you can expect that you will be perspire, but you cannot expect him to push harder even he would leave the cart and let you alone to push it. But will you stop helping the old man?

Is taking life easy lazy?
Is priority of not working hard as you wrong?
Or we are just committed to different things in life
Life for all is to live
How to live it is one’s choice
When their values are different than yours
Your choices are to take it or leave it
Nothing is wrong for one not to belong to one place
And nothing is wrong for one to belong either
All are just choices

We all are fishermen
We walk out every morning to catch fish
We always aim for big fish
We have to use the right net
Too fine the net, sometimes debris and small crabs come along
Â
It is like our life
We aim for big purpose in life
We aim for big things to achieve
We have to leave the emotion that catch all garbage and small fish
We aim only for big fish
Too fine the net, too much emotion will not help
Aiming for big things we cannot care for all the things.

Each of us is a goal keeper
We guard our life
We cannot control the game
We are there to control the goal
You can just guess where the ball is coming from
Sometimes it is so clear
Sometimes you have to take chance
You cannot tell your opponents where to kick to
You can only tell yourself how you will move
Your goal is to keep the goal.
