I am worried

Sun rises. Sun sets.

I am happy

Sun rises. Sun sets.

I am in love

Sun rises. Sun sets.

I am making love

Sun rises. Sun sets.

I am angry

Sun rises. Sun sets.

I am ……..

Sun rises. Sun sets.

I want to be special

I want to be the center of the world

I want to have more power than others

I want to be rich

I want to be able to walk through the wall

I want to be loved more

I want to swim faster

I want to…..

Just wonder should I want in the first place?

I see god in a child’s eyes.

He sees all colors as neutral.

He is enthused with black.

He is calm with red.

He laughs with blue.

He smiles with green.

He is excited with yellow.

He giggles with orange.

He is transparent.

And he is not white.

He is not yellow.

He is not green.

He is not black.

He is not red.

He has no colors.

You wait you see

You step back you see

You give way you see

You stop you see

You progress you don’t see

You step up don’t see

You rush you don’t see

    “The kind of seed sown
Will produce that kind of fruit.
Those who do good will reap good results.
Those who do evil will reap evil results.
If you carefully plant a good seed,
You will joyfully gather good fruit.”

Karma is the law of cause and effect. What we do will affect the result that we will receive. There are prices in everything we do. Being a coach you trust that the person has all in himself to obtain and change to whatever he wants to be or to achieve. You are not giving him suggestions or help him solve problems. But you are guiding them in the process of solving the problems themselves. There are always prices in whatever you do. When you help them solve problems instead of helping them seeing what they suffer and solve it themselves, you transfer the problems to you. That is the price you have to pay for. There are hungry people out there, you solve problems by giving them fish and food to eat, next thing you know they will come back and ask for it again. But if you teach them how to fish and find food because you believe that they have the ability to do it for themselves. You are the real coach.

A coach has vision with no intention to use any power in hand to change but to motivate and encourage changes if the clients believe they want changes.

A coach has no hidden agenda with the clients, only wants to help/assist the clients to be better, celebrate when the clients get gold, encourage the clients along the way to be what they aim to be, enthuse the clients to become something that even the clients feel it is beyond their ability.

A coach helps the clients to be very clear in getting what they want, encourage them to layout plans and specific actions to get there. He will just stand there with the words of objective encouragement for the clients to stand up and move on positively

A coach has no ego to carry bags for the clients to the golf field in order to observe and give feedbacks. He puts the clients’ interest as priority.  He gains joy from the client’s success and still doesn’t think that it is his success to bring the clients there; it is the clients’ own ability that gets them there.
